Added mouse/touch support

I've added mouse/touch support. This lets the webGL version [sort of] run on phones & tablets without a keyboard. YMMV
I also uploaded an Android build which works pretty well. You will need to enable "install from unknown sources" since this packages doesn't come directly from the App Store.
